- Please note, pre-order items are made to order with an estimated ship date of February 2026 or sooner. If for any reason, you would like to cancel your pre-order, we must receive your request no later than November 10, 2025. Any cancellation requests made after November 10th will be on an approval basis and will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Once a pre-order is placed, we will not accept size changes. To make any changes, your order will be canceled and you will be required to reorder within the time frame of the pre-order sale being conducted.

- If a cancellation request is approved, we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested item or size once the original order has been canceled.
- International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by their local authorities. We are unable to declare a lower value on shipments.
- The resale of Albino & Preto merchandise through commercial websites, private websites, marketplaces, or other resale channels is prohibited.
